Our story began in 1978, distributing Audio Innovations electronics and JPW loudspeakers from the UK into the Canadian market, then evolving into Peak Audio in 1986. Today, we're a boutique integration firm trusted by developers, architects, and discerning homeowners across Atlantic Canada--and the only company in our space with a successful retail division.

We specialize in premium AV, motorized shades, and custom integration in residential and design-forward commercial spaces.

What You'll Bring



Experience in AV systems, videoconferencing, IT infrastructure, security integration, and motorized shades Familiarity with custom integration platforms for residential and commercial environments Strong communication and listening skills--able to translate technical solutions into developer- and homeowner-friendly language A consultative, design-sensitive approach to sales Entrepreneurial energy and a desire to contribute to something bigger than a job title A passion for introducing new methodologies, streamlining workflows, and embracing AI and emerging technologies Bonus: Experience with advanced residential integration, including lighting, climate, voice/app control, and custom AV environments

What You'll Do



Cultivate strategic relationships in multi-unit residential, retail, hospitality, and lifestyle commercial developments, including amenity spaces and design-forward environments Leverage your existing network and past client relationships to identify new opportunities and open doors in both residential and commercial markets Build trust through warm outreach, referrals, and long-term relationship development--not just cold calls Identify opportunities where technology--including AV, IT, videoconferencing, and security--enhances comfort, design, and user experience Collaborate with our technical team to deliver credible, tailored proposals that reflect Peak's boutique ethos Represent Peak at design meetings and client presentations Help shape our commercial strategy as we continue to grow into new opportunities in custom integration, IT, videoconferencing, and security solutions Champion process innovation and bring fresh ideas to how we work and deliver
