Job Description

Kenilworth Media Inc., a leading B2B media company, is seeking a detail-oriented, data-savvy Audience Data and Development Coordinator to support the growth, engagement and analysis of our diverse audiences. If you are analytical, resourceful, and passionate about transforming audience data into actionable insights that drive meaningful growth and engagement, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



Design, schedule and execute marketing campaigns to promote engagement and drive both new subscriber sign-ups and renewals. Analyze audience data to uncover new areas of reader and advertiser interest, helping to identify themes for future content or new product opportunities. Partner with the editorial team to establish a feedback loop on audience engagement, feeding data-driven insights into content strategy. Deep-dive into audience demographics, behaviours, and engagement patterns to segment key audiences and improve campaign targeting and personalization. Map, import, and maintain data lists within our audience database with accuracy and attention to detail. Export tailored mailing lists and coordinate efficient distribution with printers and mailing houses. Update metrics for semi-annual audience reports, collaborating with the production department to ensure data accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications:



Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing, data analytics, communications, media studies, or equivalent relevant work experience. Strong understanding of database structures and best practices for maintaining data integrity. Proven experience with data analytics, customer segmentation, and developing audience journeys. Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with large datasets and analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey insights and recommendations. Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, spot patterns and trends, and develop actionable solutions.
