Job Description

Our client, a leading company in biosimilars industry, is seeking a Corporate Counsel with Canadian Commercial Market Access experience, on a contract basis. The ideal candidates must carry 3+ years of experience working for a biotech or pharmaceutical company and must be experienced with contractual requirements of commercial and government payers, GPOs, pharmacy services, and trade and distribution within the Canadian healthcare industry, as well as those of a pharma sales force.
