Position Overview

As an Attic Installer on our truck crew, you will play an important role in installing blown-in attic insulation in residential and light commercial properties. This is a hands-on job where you'll be working with insulation equipment, climbing ladders, and moving materials in and out of the truck.

Key Responsibilities

o Load and unload insulation materials and equipment from the truck.

o Set up and operate blowing machines and hoses to install attic insulation.

o Assist in preparing job sites, including protecting customer property and cleaning up after completion.

o Safely climb ladders and enter attics through hatches to perform installation work.

o Follow company and safety procedures to ensure high-quality and safe installations.

o Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently and on time.

Requirements

o Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required).

o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold attic environments.

o Comfortable with physical work, climbing ladders, and confined spaces.

o Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work in a team.

o Previous construction or insulation experience is an asset but not required (training provided).
