Your Role:

Reporting to the

Service Manager

, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless ATM operations. Your role will involve staging, installing, removing, servicing, and repairing ATMs while collaborating with all departments to provide exceptional customer service.

Expected Start Date:

ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Staging, installing, and removing ATMs/kiosks Transporting ATMs to and from sites Troubleshooting and repairing ATMs in the field Maintaining onboard parts inventory and accurate documentation Recording serial numbers and hardware details for deployed devices Ensuring company vehicle maintenance is up to date Cleaning, re-decaling, and branding ATMs Resolving client issues on-site Providing remote tech support via phone or TeamViewer Utilizing manufacturer and custom software tools to diagnose and resolve issues Completing special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma required; college diploma or university degree is a plus Solid technical aptitude, computing, and networking skills Proficiency in MS Office Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit: Able to lift

100 lbs (45 kg)

, stand/sit for long periods, and maneuver heavy ATMs Flexibility for

out-of-town travel, overnight trips, and on-call rotation

Professional conduct and appearance

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

, 8-12 hour Day shifts On-call rotation (1 out of every 10 weeks) and overtime
