What is the opportunity?
The Bilingual Implementation Coordinator role plays a crucial part in coordinating ATM implementation activities, ensuring the successful installation/movement of ATMs across the RBC ATM network. As an Implementation Coordinator, your primary focus will be on managing these ATM implementation projects, from planning and preparation to execution and completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including 3rd party vendors, retail partners and various internal stakeholders across RBC.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strong project management, coordination, and communication skills, as well as gain experience in problem-solving, and agile work practices. You will also develop a deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of ATM installations, including the hardware, network requirements and site preparation.
