Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate

Athletic Therapist

to provide manual therapy, assessment, and treatment for patients experiencing musculoskeletal pain, postural issues, and functional imbalances. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting patients in their journey toward improved mobility, pain management, and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including case history and physical examination. Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and create personalized treatment plans. Provide athletic therapy techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, and visceral manipulation (where applicable). Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with professional standards. Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners within the clinic to provide integrative care.

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Athletic Therapy from an accredited institution. Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario Athletic Therapist regulatory body. Strong clinical skills in assessment, manual therapy, and patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment. Interest in holistic, preventative health and wellness is an asset.

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
