About the Role

We're seeking passionate professionals to join our team as Athlete Life Coaches. This is an extraordinary opportunity for individuals eager to inspire athletes, build meaningful connections, and shape the future of sports coaching. As an athlete life coach, you will guide athletes through mental, financial, and professional challenges, helping them unlock their full potential. With the potential for 30-40% travel for camps, events and networking opportunities, this role offers unparalleled flexibility, freedom, and the chance to serve athletes in a groundbreaking way.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor athletes to strengthen mental resilience, overcome challenges, and achieve personal and professional goals. Provide strategic guidance on financial literacy and career transitions, tailoring solutions to each athlete's journey. Facilitate transformative coaching sessions, workshops, and speaking at athletic events nationally. Maintain a schedule and caseload of athletes and sports professionals that you serve Keep good notes and records of the athletes you serve Build partnerships with sports teams, agencies, corporate sponsors, and industry leaders to expand opportunities for athletes. Collaborate with performance coaches, financial advisors, and other experts to deliver holistic support. Stay ahead of industry trends to offer cutting-edge insights and strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Master's Degree (preferred but not mandatory) 2-5+ years of professional experience in sports, coaching, business, sales, therapy, mentorship or related fields. Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a growth-oriented mindset. Comfortable with remote work & occasional travel. Strong Tech Skills (Google Suites, Salesforce, Zoom, Outlook, Social Media Etc.) Strong Work Ethic with a "figure it out" mentality.
