AthLead is not your average internship or co-op experience! It is customized and designed exclusively for varsity student-athletes competing at Canadian Universities or Colleges. We recognize that student-athletes are competitive and self-motivated, both in sports and academics. Managing time effectively while juggling heavy workloads and a packed training schedule is not easy! When you start your AthLead journey with us, we\'ll partner with you to help find you the right fit for your first internship based on your skill set, experience, and area of interest! This is a customized experience that focuses on providing you with the development and tools you need to grow your career. After successfully completing a co-op or internship with top performance, we will work with you to establish your future placements. As a result, you will get to learn, grow, and experiment within different areas of both Scotiabank and Tangerine!

Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We\'d love to work with you if:
  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education and are a varsity student-athlete (this does not include intramural sports)
  • You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
  • You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, sports, and competitions
  • Provide day-to-day support to your Reporting Manager with all projects and tasks that are required
  • Responsible for communicating in a professional manner towards your team, customers, and stakeholders
