Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityThe ATE Site Lead has a deep understanding of their designated facilities, acts as an intermediary between specific realms, offers guidance to optimizing efficiency, communicates development updates, and feedback, and monitors performance. By building strong and vibrant links, ATE site leads would also engage in Interdepartmental coordination, external communication, resource management, improvements, engagement, and support through practice transformation within designated areas.From now until mid May, 2025, in the pre-deployment phase, this position operates under a flexible hybrid model. Team members can primarily work from their home location while occasionally traveling across Nova Scotia for essential readiness activities. This arrangement ensures effective project deployment while respecting work-life balance and personal commitments. Once your designated Go Live for your facilities has finished, you will be expected to participate in the remaining go lives as needed.
