RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish a solid account database through proactive prospecting and existing leads provided by the sales team.

Maintain detailed interactions with all enterprise customers, setting follow-up task reminders to increase touch points and customer interactions.

Lead all internal teams such as Operations, IT and Finance teams to support our customer logistics operations.

Develop and nurture industry relationships with enterprise level customers.

Support in the development and design of sales strategies and processes.

Report to the company leadership regarding the enterprise account operations and forecast.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ideally 1-2 years of work experience in Supply Chain or other related industries.

Strong communication and people skills, initiative.

Solid sense of responsibility.

An entrepreneurial spirit, ideally with experience working in a fast-growing environment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OUTLOOK).

Strong ability and desire to develop and grow skills.

Industrial knowledge is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
