Our bakery is ??seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our culture is geared towards making every team member and every customer feel home; cheerfully, respectfully and knowledgeably served and treated. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome, assist and serve customers.

Advise customers on different products, owing to adequate general product knowledge. Assist in product packaging and?? ? display, according to the bakery's standards Apply the quality, hygiene, health and safety standards? Perform and/or participate in the maintenance of the dining room. Use a cash register. Maintain work area clean and safe. Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services
Skills
- Proficiency in English and French languages ?
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills?
- Analytical mindset to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Food Safety and Hygiene

- Customer-oriented mindset

- Bakery/bistro experience is a plus
