sera responsable de la coordination et du deploiement des programmes et initiatives de marketing local a travers l'ensemble du reseau de pharmacies au Canada. L'associe(e) principal(e) planifiera, recommandera et mettra en oeuvre des solutions de marketing local pour soutenir les proprietaires de pharmacies selon leurs besoins. Dote(e) d'un grand souci du detail, il/elle est oriente(e) vers l'action et capable de mener plusieurs projets a la fois tout en respectant les delais. Il/elle est egalement appele(e) a collaborer et partager les meilleures pratiques locales et numeriques avec les autres associe(e)s principal(e)s des differentes bannieres de pharmacies. Ce poste implique une interaction directe avec les proprietaires de pharmacies, les fournisseurs et les departements internes, necessitant un excellent sens du service client et des competences en communication.

Responsabilites principales



Developper, presenter et mettre a jour les plans de marketing local pour les proprietaires de pharmacies, selon leurs besoins et objectifs. Developper et executer les demandes de marketing local telles que les ouvertures de magasins, anniversaires, publipostages, publicites dans les journaux et a la radio, promotions en magasin, presentoirs, campagnes sur les reseaux sociaux, etc. Soutenir les proprietaires de pharmacies dans leurs besoins en marketing local en leur faisant des recommandations pour atteindre leurs objectifs commerciaux, et les accompagner dans les delais, les investissements medias et les defis techniques eventuels. Developper et executer la creation et la livraison d'outils et de programmes de marketing local pour plusieurs proprietaires, tels que des campagnes cles en main, des ensembles promotionnels, des outils et modeles de marketing. Utiliser les rapports publicitaires disponibles (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) pour mesurer et analyser la performance des campagnes locales et faire des recommandations aux proprietaires. Surveiller les commentaires/avis des consommateurs sur le tableau de bord Google My Business et autres sites communautaires, et signaler les situations a l'equipe des operations et aux proprietaires. Collaborer etroitement avec le/la Specialiste Marketing de la marque pour adapter les campagnes publicitaires nationales en campagnes locales. Communiquer regulierement l'offre de marketing local aux proprietaires pour favoriser l'engagement et l'utilisation des services. En collaboration avec l'equipe de l'academie de formation au detail, developper et mettre a jour des guides, webinaires ou ateliers de marketing local pour les proprietaires. Fournir des echeanciers pour tous les projets et respecter rigoureusement les delais et les budgets. Collaborer et assurer le suivi des briefs pour les projets graphiques. Executer toute la facturation liee aux initiatives de marketing local. Effectuer des taches ponctuelles selon les besoins.

Job Summary




Reporting to the Medicine Shoppe Marketing Manager, the Sr Associate, Local Marketing will be responsible for the coordination and deployment of local marketing programs and initiatives across the entire network of pharmacies in Canada. The Sr Associate will plan, recommend and implement local marketing solutions to support pharmacy owners as needed. With a strong attention to detail, the Sr Associate is action-oriented and can successfully lead multiple projects and meet deadlines. They are expected to collaborate and share local and digital best practices with other Sr Associates from other pharmacy banners. They will work directly with pharmacy owners, vendors and internal departments to achieve the best results, where their professional client-facing service and communication skills will be required.


Key Responsibilities



Develop, present and update local marketing plans to pharmacy owners, based on their needs and objectives. Develop and execute local marketing requests, such as store openings, anniversaries, mailings, newspaper ads, radio ads, in-store promotions, displays, social media campaigns, etc. Support pharmacy owners with their local marketing needs by making recommendations to achieve their business objectives and coach them through the timelines, media investment and technical challenges, if any. Develop and execute the creation and delivery of local marketing tools and programs for multiple owners, such as turn-key campaigns, bundles, marketing toolbox materials and templates. Use available advertising reports (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) to measure and analyze the performance of local campaigns and make recommendations to pharmacy owners. Monitor consumer comments/reviews on the Google My Business dashboard and other community sites and escalate situations to operations team and owners. Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Specialist to adapt national advertising campaigns into local campaigns. Regularly communicate local marketing offering to owners to drive engagement and usage of services. In collaboration with the retail learning academy team, develop and update local marketing guides, webinars or workshops for owners. Provide timelines for all projects and strictly adhere to deadlines and budgets. Collaborate and follow up on studio briefs for graphic projects. Execute all billing for local marketing initiatives+ Ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in a marketing, digital marketing or communications related field Proven track record of being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with social media, Meta Business Manager, Google marketing platforms, Google Analytics Experience with billing and/or SAP is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (in English) Customer-centric mentality and strong interpersonal skills; must be comfortable communicating with pharmacy owners via email and phone on a regular basis Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and budgets Resourcefulness, initiative, and a results-oriented approach Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent analytical skills; ability to track campaign performance and identify areas for optimization Ability to collaborate effectively with other colleagues and teams; ability to adapt to changing priorities

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
