The Opportunity CBRE Quebec is actively seeking a sales trainee who will have the unique opportunity to learn and develop their skillsets from our research team (while obtaining his/her commercial real estate license). The individual should be enthusiastic and motivated with excellent relationship building skills. The role will allow you to become a resource to our brokers for Montreal market activity.
Responsibilities
Interact and develop working relationships with landlords, brokers, researchers, and clients on requirements
Obtain market data from landlords, developers, and other agencies monthly and update CBRE\xe2\x80\x99s database
Compile Montreal market statistics and information for CBRE market reports and publications
Work directly with brokers to produce timely markets studies, tour books and presentations slides
Respond to various information requests (zoning, ownership, taxes, etc.) and special projects as required
Become a resource for brokers for market activity and information
Other duties may be assigned.
What we require
Relevant post-secondary education and interest in becoming a broker
Bilingual in English/French, spoken and written with excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills and client service oriented
Microsoft Office Suite, Internet research skills and digital media proficient
Ability to work well within a team and alone
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude
Eager to learn and engage new knowledge and skill set in day-to-day operations
Ability to take initiative on workload with minimal supervision and to work effectively to achieve competing deadlines
Must be fully vaccinated to work from the office
