Ce poste est essentiel au succes de nos magasins de vente au detail. Les associe(e)s en magasin travaillent en etroite collaboration avec la clientele grossiste et de vente au detail pour determiner leurs besoins, repondre a leurs questions sur les produits Sherwin-Williams et recommander les bonnes solutions. Les associe(e)s en magasin sont egalement tenu(e)s de resoudre rapidement toute preoccupation de la clientele et d'assurer une satisfaction maximale de celle-ci, de rester au courant des caracteristiques des produits et de maintenir les normes de qualite et les normes visuelles elevees des produits et du magasin. Les associe(e)s en magasin sont charge(e)s d'offrir un excellent service clientele, tout en atteignant constamment les objectifs de vente du magasin.
La personne selectionnee pour ce poste sera amenee a travailler au magasin no 3584 situe au : 530 AUTOROUTE CHOMEDEY, LAVAL, QC H7X 3S9
Responsibilities:

• Assurer un niveau eleve de satisfaction de la clientele grace a un service des ventes d'excellente qualite
• Aider la clientele en personne et au telephone en determinant les besoins et en presentant des produits et services adequats
• Etablir des relations de confiance productives avec la clientele grossiste et de vente au detail
• Traiter les transactions de vente avec precision et conformement aux politiques et procedures
• Suivre et atteindre les objectifs de vente sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle
• Tenir a jour des dossiers et des formules de travail precis
• Retirer les produits appropries du plancher de vente ou de l'entrepot
• Ajouter les teintes et melanger les produits, au besoin, selon les specifications du client
• Placer les produits sur les tablettes et installer les presentoirs
• Nettoyer l'equipement du magasin
• Charger/decharger les camions de livraison
• Aider a effectuer les livraisons, au besoin
• Maintenir les zones assignees garnies et presentables
• Se tenir au courant des produits offerts et presenter les options disponibles
• Se conformer aux procedures de controle de l'inventaire
• Suggerer des facons d'ameliorer les ventes

Qualifications:
Exigences minimales :

• Doit etre age(e) d'au moins dix-sept (17) ans
• Doit etre legalement autorise(e) a travailler dans le pays d'emploi
• Doit posseder un permis de conduire valide et sans restriction
• Doit etre capable de recuperer du materiel des etageres et des empilements sur le plancher, ainsi que de porter jusqu'a 23 kg (50 lb), parfois jusqu'a 32 kg (70 lb) avec ou sans accommodement raisonnable
• Capacite de lire, d'ecrire, de comprendre et de communiquer en francais

Qualifications privilegiees :

• Avoir au moins un diplome d'etudes secondaires ou un diplome de formation generale
• Avoir au moins un (1) an d'experience dans un poste de livraison, de vente au detail ou de service clientele
• Avoir une experience de travail dans la vente de peinture et de produits connexes
• Avoir une experience de travail dans l'utilisation d'equipement de teinture et de melange
