Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision, une division de Johnson & Johnson (Canada) Inc. recrute un Associe(e) Clinique aux Ventes.


L'Associe(e) Clinique aux Ventes fournit le soutien technique et le soutien sur l'utilisation sure et efficace des produits JJSV aux professionnels de la sante qui les utilisent.

Construit et developpe de solides relations avec les membres du personnel ainsi qu'avec les Professionnels de la Sante. Identifie les lacunes qui doivent etre comblees avec le personnel sur l'utilisation securitaire des produits JJSV Presence en salle d'op afin d'identifier des opportunites qui permettront d'accroitre les ventes. Offre son soutien au Specialiste de Lentilles et aux Charges de Comptes afin de contribuer a l'execution des strategies dans divers comptes. Soutien les efforts regionaux en etant present(e) en Salle D'Op lors des cas de Chirurgie de la Cataracte afin de fournir une expertise technique. (les comptes specifiques seront determines par le Directeur des Ventes).

Couverture des Cas au Bloc Operatoire et Soutien pour l'utilisation securitaire et efficace des Produits de JJSV Soutien Administratif et si problemes avec un Produit JJSV Formation reguliere sur Conformite, Ventes et sur les Produits. Travailler activement en collaboration avec les membres de l'Education Professionnelle

Profil recherche :



Connaissances requises, Competences et Habiletes:



Experience en milieu de la Sante, Ventes, Service a la Clientele Excellentes competences analytiques avec habiletes a developper et mettre en place des strategies lors d'evenements. Solides competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles avec habiletes a construite de solides relations avec les membres essentiels du Personne; de la Sante. Habilete a travailler efficacement a l'interieur d'un environnement rapide et axe sur les echeanciers. Sens aiguise du numerique

Qualifications desirees




Etudes: Idealement BAC en Administration ou Sciences de la Sante


Experiences de Travail: MedTech ou similaires

The Clinical Sales Associate provides product and procedural technical support and service, on the safe and effective use of JJSV products with health care professionals. Builds strong relationships with nursing staff and identifies potential gaps that need to be addressed with staff on safe use of JJSV products. Leverages case activity to identify opportunities to expand sales; Supports Premium Product Specialist and Account Executives to execute the established account strategy. Supports regional efforts of providing appropriate case coverage and technical expertise across a specific region (specific accounts to be determined by RBM).
