Reports To -
General Manager (sales/marketing) and E-Com & Fulfillment Lead (backend/fulfillment)
Core Purpose -
Drive sales and marketing on the floor, support fulfillment and backend execution, and ensure operational excellence. Responsible for flawless execution of all systems and standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales and customer engagement
Greet and engage every customer with urgency and professionalism
Execute upselling, stack selling, bounce backs, loyalty pushes, and reviews
Deliver strong product and promotion knowledge
Marketing execution
Run sampling stations, raffles, and QR review requests
Support in-store campaigns, signage, and promotions
Represent Popeyes in community activations and events
Support local SEO through photos and promotional pushes
Fulfillment and backend support
Assist in picking, packing, and shipping online orders
Help with in-store pickup order flow under Lead direction
Support receiving, stickering, stocking, and backend organization
Operations and standards
Conduct expiry checks and log into Master Sheet
Execute stock counts and log discrepancies
Maintain tagging accuracy and correct any issues
Enforce merchandising standards, promo displays, and cleanliness
Reduce shrink and dead stock through accurate operations
Systems and accountability
Complete all Asana tasks with proof of completion
Log expiries, stock counts, discrepancies, and slow day tasks in Master Sheet
Treat systems as daily execution tools
Success Metrics
Strong sales KPI performance (average sale, UPT, foundation, bounce backs, reviews)
Marketing impact through reviews, samples, and campaign execution
Compliance in expiry checks, stock counts, tagging, cleanliness, and merchandising
Accurate and timely Asana and Master Sheet entries
Consistent professionalism, urgency, and accountability
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
