The Marketing Research team is the heart of CoStar, capturing market-critical information that enables our commercial real estate clients to make informed, high impact business decisions daily. CoStar Group\xe2\x80\x99s research contributes to the most important segment of our economy, helping businesses open offices, retail stores, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. CoStar Group is seeking a [title] to join our growing research organization.

As an Associate Tenant Researcher, you will be investigating and profiling companies to help owners, brokers and real estate professionals identify which companies are best suited for their buildings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate and profile occupiers of commercial property through phone interviews with tenants, owners and real estate professionals
• Researching and verifying ownership, sale and leasing data from HM Land Registry to add further value to the CoStar property database
• Download and review lease documents, extracting key data points to provide a detailed overview of a property\xe2\x80\x99s leasing situation
• Conduct web research to create comprehensive profiles on commercial tenants and business decision makers
• Document tenant movement across the UK
• Maintain complete and accurate tenant rosters for commercial buildings
• Investigate new property and tenant leads
• Research and profile corporation hierarchies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Educated to degree level essential
• Have experience providing a high level of customer service
• The ability to connect with people quickly and professionally
