Position Summary





The ASM plays a key role in ensuring a high standard of service delivery to our existing clients within the interior construction industry. This individual will oversee and coordinate post-project service work, minor construction requests, warranty issues, and ongoing client needs. Acting as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, the ASM ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of all service-related projects.

Key Responsibilities




Manage and prioritize service requests from existing clients, including minor updates, repairs, and new work. Serve as the main point of contact for client communication regarding service work, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Conduct site visits to assess scope of work and develop solutions that address client needs. Prepare and review estimates, schedules, and service proposals; coordinate with internal estimating and project teams as needed. Monitor the quality and progress of service work. Maintain accurate records of service requests, job progress, invoicing, and client communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term retention and future project opportunities. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams for seamless handoff of post-completion service needs.



Qualifications




3+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, or customer service roles within the commercial construction industry. Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and building systems. Proven experience in managing multiple service jobs for multiple clients simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with construction management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.



Preferred





Experience specifically in tenant improvements, renovations or office retrofits.



Familiarity with warranty management and aftercare procedures.



Background in customer care or client relations in a construction environment.
