What You'll Be DoingRespond to customer inquiries and process orders with accuracy and efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support repeat business
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services based on customer needs
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide customer project updates
