Alcon Canadas Vision Care Team is looking for an Associate Sales Director in Eastern Canada to lead a regionally based business franchise (Quebec & the Maritimes) through the development, coaching, managing, and directing of the Regional Sales team efforts.
The Associate Sales Directors (ASD) responsibility is defined over Eye Care Professional (Optometrist and Optician)-generated sales the Alcon Vision Care portfolio, effective management of Professional Account Managers (PAMs), and coordination with National Account Managers (NAMs) for Buying Group and Chain agreements. The role also involves developing and leveraging relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

This role is for a region in Eastern Canada and requires the candidate to reside in Quebec and involves 40-50% travel, including within region, to the Alcon head office in Mississauga, and to the US for National Sales Meetings.
