About the role We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for Sales and Customer Service Associates to join our Travel Operations team! We currently have openings in our St. John\xe2\x80\x99s, NL office. Fully paid training : The successful candidates will be required to obtain their Accident and Sickness License, LLQP and/or RIBO License. These candidates will be provided focused training towards the achievement of becoming licensed insurance professionals and jumpstart their careers in a resilient industry full of opportunity.

  • Preference will be given to candidates holding an Accident and Sickness License, LLQP or RIBO License.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do here:
  • Working in a fast-paced inbound customer center
  • Quoting and selling travel insurance to new and existing clients in accordance with our sales quality call flow, sales processes, and underwriting guidelines
  • Servicing our existing clients by offering insightful and helpful advice regarding their travel insurance related questions
  • Process insurance transactions in accordance with underwriting and compliance guidelines to meet quality expectations
  • Using established procedures in a fast-paced computerized environment
  • Obtaining and/or maintaining provincial licenses
What you bring to the table:
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment where attention to detail, problem analysis/solving and overall work ethic are essential
  • Experience in the Travel industry would be an asset
  • Able to work independently, as well as within a team, in a dynamic environment
  • Flexible to work a rotating schedule of days, evenings, and Saturdays
  • Bilingual in French and English is considered a definite asset
  • A&S, LLQP or RIBO designation would be an advantage
