Job Description


EA is searching for an Associate Recruiter to join our EA Sports Talent Acquisition Team. This role will focus on early career talent and will be responsible for hiring interns, graduates and early career talent across EA Sports. You will execute top student engagement strategies, including events with target campuses and organizational partners. You will act as an ambassador for EA, showcasing our culture, business priorities, and career opportunities for early career talent.   • Execute a Campus strategy in partnership with TA leaders and programs managers for EA.
  • Develop and execute events (career fairs, info sessions, conferences, Associations, etc), recruit/train business representatives and develop post event evaluations at target schools
  • Promote EA brand while developing employer brand initiatives tailored towards early career talent and serve as a brand ambassador for EA to expand our presence through social media and other channels
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with faculty, staff, and student organizations at target schools as well as partnerships with key associations.
  • Full cycle recruitment (Sourcing, screening, interviewing to closing candidates) for early career hiring
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders including business leaders/HR partners to understand workforce plan and hiring needs to ensure the program will achieve hiring goals for campus and early in career roles
  • Serve as an expert for internal teams and hiring managers providing guidance on best recruitment practices, ensuring a fair and inclusive hiring process
  • Establish and maintain Internship Alumni Program and Campus Ambassador programming
  • Partner with Hiring Managers for returnship and conversion opportunities
  • Create and maintain efficient processes and generate regular reporting on campus recruiting initiatives to deliver a high level of data integrity
  • Assist in Intern Engagement & Evaluation Metrics
  • Serve as point of contact and mentor for prospective and current interns/University grads and build long term relationships in order to retain the next generation of innovators
  • Provide memorable & unique experiences to intern/co-op and new grads (site-specific)
  • Introduce new creative ideas to the team to encourage future growth
  • Act as the local point of contact for campus activities, treks and other ad hoc support at EA\'s Vancouver studio
Who you are:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or University Programming
  • Direct experience working in the high-technology software or entertainment industry is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage high volume campus recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience defining and measuring success and KPIs of campus recruiting initiatives
  • Experienced in planning and executing recruiting events
  • Strong business acumen
  • Passion for inclusivity
  • Team player with strong written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within the United States and Canada
BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. \xc2\xba $63,400 - $86,500 CAN AnnuallyBase salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
