We are expanding and seeking a committed Psychologist to provide assessment and psychotherapy services within our growing Ontario team.

About One Peace Therapy



One Peace Therapy is a private practice offering holistic mental health and nutrition services to individuals (10+), couples, families, and groups across Canada. Our mission is to support clients--particularly those navigating the intersectionality of culture, socioeconomic status, identity, physical health, and systemic oppression--in a space grounded in safety, inclusivity, and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities



Provide psychological services (therapy and/or assessment) in alignment with the CPO's Standards of Professional Conduct Conduct intake, formulation, and evidence-based treatment planning Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Conduct risk assessments and crisis management when indicated Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members Optional: Facilitate presentations, groups, or workshops Participate in monthly team meetings Engage in supported marketing of your services

Qualifications



Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology Registered (or eligible) with the

College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO)

: Autonomous Interim Autonomous Supervised Practice (with approved supervisor) Authorized area(s) of practice may include: Clinical, Counselling, School, or Clinical-School Professional liability insurance Experience supporting a range of mental health concerns (e.g., depression, anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, stress, grief, relationships) Strong clinical documentation and case conceptualization skills Experience with secure virtual platforms (e.g., Jane)

Assets (Not required):



Experience conducting psychological assessments Experience completing

ADHD assessments

Additional specialized training (e.g., EMDR, DBT, ACT)
