What this job involves:



JLL's Project & Development Services ("PDS") group is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support real estate construction projects in Western Canada. Projects include new builds, renovations, and tenant improvements across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Multi-family, Education, Healthcare / Institutional.



What your day-to-day will look like:



Project Support & Coordination: Assist project managers throughout project lifecycle from concept to handover, coordinating issues and developing scope/schedules Meeting & Documentation Management: Facilitate project meetings, maintain accurate files, track vendor RFPs, and prepare status reports and financial documentation Stakeholder Coordination: Manage activities between owners, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders while tracking designer/contractor progress Budget & Schedule Control: Maintain project control budgets, baseline schedules, risk registers, and manage invoice distribution with AR collections Client Relationship Management: Build trust with clients and deliver exceptional experiences, obtaining surveys/testimonials at project completion Technology & Process Adherence: Demonstrate proficiency in PDS technology and maintain specified project management processes and quality standards Team Collaboration: Foster ethical environment of accountability and excellence while supporting team members and communicating with leadership Professional Development & Growth: Network to position JLL as project management leader and pursue continuing education for career advancement

Required Qualifications:



3+ years of relevant work experience, or combination of relevant work experience and education

Experience delivering real estate new build and renovation projects in the commercial, industrial, retail, and institutional sectors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook)

Strong financial acumen and ability to prepare and track budgets

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with internal and external Stakeholders

Strong organizational and time management skills



.Preferred Qualifications:



Post-secondary education in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering

Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset.

LEED Certification is an asset.

Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture, and space planning concepts is an asset

Owner's Representative consulting experience is an asset
