About the Role:
As a CBRE Project Management Associate, you will provide support to project management operations, administration, and management for projects from start through completion.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
What You'll Do:Request and provide reporting on key performance indicators.
Function as a systems administrator of the internet-based project tracking system, project websites, and job cost accounting system.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries about performance reports and project tracking system data.
Assist project management teams with the implementation and monitoring of the adherence to project administrative practices and policies.
Assist project team in project close-out procedures.
Serve as project team liaison to the D&T department on tracking desktop hardware and software issues.
Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
The Associate Project Manager will also lead projects with limited scope and size, with oversight from their manager.

What You'll Need:High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for this Associate Project Manager position is between $65,000 annually and $85,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
