Associate Project Manager, Revenue Operations Canada

Saskatoon, SK, Canada

Job Description

About Draganfly:
Draganfly Inc. has been a recognized technology leader within the commercial UAV/RPA space for over two decades. We've helped develop the commercial market and supported the adoption of multi-rotor aircraft for public safety, agriculture, aerial imaging, and many other industries. As an established organization with significant experience, Draganfly is focused on the sale and development of drone products & services, contract engineering, and custom product integrations to our versatile airframes.
About the Role:
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) with a mandate to improve the end-to-end revenue pipeline across Sales, Product, and Field Application teams. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of customer opportunities from successful lead generation through qualification, demonstration, onboarding, and handoff to Customer Success.
The Associate PM will also be responsible for the Customer Relationship Management flow itself--building and enforcing pipeline discipline, ensuring data accuracy in HubSpot, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and presenting leadership with visibility into risks and opportunities. This is a high-leverage role central to scaling our business.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline Governance

  • Own the HubSpot pipeline process from Leads, Qualification, Demo/Event, Proposal, Close, Training/Onboarding, and Handoff to Customer Success.
  • Ensure every deal is properly advanced, documented, and tagged with product readiness, demo requirements, and onboarding needs.
  • Drive life cycle and data consistency across sales, product, and field teams.
Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Facilitate the weekly Revenue Operations Review with sales, product, and field team leads.
  • Identify and escalate conflicts between pipeline demand, product readiness, and field capacity.
  • Act as an ambassador to align sales forecasts with development timelines and resource availability.
Resource Planning & Field Capacity
  • Coordinate demos, events, and onboarding demands against field application team bandwidth.
  • Mitigate capacity risks through scheduling, prioritization, and creative problem-solving.
  • Manage logs of resource inventories related to customer lifecycle tracking responsibilities
Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards in CRM/ERP tools showing:
  • Pipeline status and velocity.
  • Demo-to-close conversion rates.
  • Training/Onboarding completion and adoption metrics.
  • Product readiness alignment with pipeline demand.
  • Other KPIs as defined.
Operational Excellence
  • Develop SOPs and workflows for pipeline management, demo scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Partner with RevOps/IT to integrate HubSpot with product and resource tracking systems such as deal tags, etc.
  • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and alignment within the organization.
  • Provide executive leadership with transparent reporting on risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
Role Requirements:
Education & Experience
  • 3+ years experience in project coordination/management, revenue operations, or PMO in a high-growth technology or aerospace/defense company.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market life cycle: sales pipeline management, product launch readiness, customer onboarding.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Business Central (or equivalents) and workflow automation.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills -- able to align cross-functional leaders and influence without direct authority.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability across multiple teams.
  • Project Management certifications are considered a bonus.
But Who Are You Really?
  • Flexible: You're adaptable and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Dependable: You have a strong work ethic, can coordinate multiple projects and meet goals in tight timelines.
  • Detail-oriented: You think critically about challenges to design efficient & effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.
  • Organized: Plans, organizes, schedules and budgets in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities.
  • Communication: Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative.
Some Perks You Can Expect:
  • $80,000 - $105,000 CAD per year
  • Fully remote working opportunity
  • Comprehensive medical and dental benefits, including a Health Spending Account.
  • Matching RRSP program.
  • Generous time-off program including vacation, wellness days, plus the week off between Christmas and New Year's.
