This

Associate PM

role is designed for someone with strong coordination skills who wants to build a long-term career in Division 8/10 project management.

Responsibilities

Support project delivery for doors, frames, and hardware packages

Assist with takeoffs, submittals, hardware schedules, and shop drawings

Help manage POs, deliveries, site coordination, and deficiency tracking

Communicate with vendors, site teams, and general contractors

Use and maintain project trackers, RFI logs, and change order documents

Ensure timely and organized communication across teams

Learn industry standards (NFPA 80, IBC, accessibility codes, etc.)

Eventually manage small-to-mid-sized projects independently

Must-Have Skills

1 - 3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or estimating

Familiarity with door and hardware systems (Division 8 & 10) is preferred

Hands-on knowledge of

AVAware

or similar software is a strong asset

Comfortable with

Excel

Outlook

project management tools

(SharePoint, Procore, Autodesk)

Organized and detail-oriented

Clear communicator, both written and verbal

Willing to take initiative and solve problems

Bonus Skills

Knowledge of cladding or building envelope systems

Understanding of architectural drawings and shop drawings

Ability to read specifications and door schedules

Experience handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
