Associate Program Manager - Training and Decentralized



We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Associate Program Manager - Training


and Decentralized to support the design, delivery, and management of training programs across the organization and with our decentralized partners. The APM will work closely with the Program Manager to coordinate onboarding, training logistics, and partner support while driving operational excellence and consistent learner experiences. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, an interest in employee development, and a passion for enabling growth within patient support programs.

Key Responsibilities:




Employee Onboarding


Support the coordination and scheduling of onboarding activities for new hires. Prepare onboarding resources, track completion of required training, and maintain onboarding documentation. Gather feedback from new hires and provide insights to improve the onboarding experience.

Third-Party Onboarding & Partner Support


Assist with onboarding and training decentralized partners in the proprietary system. Serve as first-line support for external partner inquiries, escalating complex issues to the Program Manager. Ensure accuracy and organization of partner files, including HCP setup with external partners.

Training Program Support


Coordinate training sessions (virtual and in-person), including scheduling, invites, and logistics. Assist with content formatting, uploading, and tracking in the Learning Management System (LMS). Support the Program Manager in monitoring training calendars, deliverables, and project timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement


Act as a key point of contact for employees and partners with training-related questions. Support collaboration with HR, IT, and department leaders to deliver training effectively. Collect and summarize participant feedback to share with the Program Manager.

Performance Tracking & Reporting


Maintain training records, track completion rates, and prepare status reports. Assist with compiling performance metrics and data analysis to measure training effectiveness. Support continuous improvement by highlighting trends and learner needs.

Comfortable with Learning Management Systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual training tools.

Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues and ensuring smooth delivery of training programs. *

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjust to shifting priorities.
