This role can be based from our office in Mississauga, ON or London, ON

Associate Product Manager will primarily be responsible for supporting the implementation FAFH NA customer-specific marketing activities and customer marketing plan measurement. This role serves as a champion for digital shelf content and ensures customers\' requirements and GS1 standards are met. In addition, this role will provide support in the execution of culinary/marketing activation and manage FAFH sales enablement tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute the McCormick for chef digital product images consistent with the brand/marketing plan and update and maintain marketing copy in sap and images in 1WS
  • Audit/update FAFH customer digital portal audits
  • Monitor effectiveness of marketing spend and consumer marketing plan
  • Prepare and deliver on-going business updates and reports to senior marketing management
  • Provide coordination with internal teams (e.g., Culinary, Sales, Brand, QA, Regulatory, IT) and external team (Distributors & Digital)
  • Coordinate with the Canada brand team and global marketing team to provide marketing materials for sales and internal key stakeholder
  • Manage FAFH sales enablement digital tool
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA in Marketing or related field
  • 1+ years working in marketing; experience in Food Service, CPG preferred
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams a plus
  • Good understanding of Marketing practices and concepts
  • Proven project management experience to organize, prioritize and deliver on commitments
  • Regular exchange of information with Marketing and Sales team; ability to speak to both audiences using appropriate trade jargon
  • Operates independently and motivated by success
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
