DevOps Developer
Mandate
The resource must know GitHub inside and out every component Actions Workflows Security Environments Automated Checks Automated Code Reviews Scans etc
Must have extensive experience building CICD pipelines in GitHub not just basic pipelines but advanced ones with automated checks testing framework etc
Need to know DBT Core specifically how to deploy and troubleshoot and Astronomer managed Airflow with its Cosmos framework DBT Core orchestration
Key Responsibilities
Design build and maintain advanced CICD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Workflows
Implement automated checks security scans and testing frameworks for robust code quality
Configure and manage GitHub environments permissions and compliance settings
Integrate and orchestrate DBT Core using Astronomer Managed Airflow and Cosmos framework
Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to ensure seamless automation and delivery
Continuously optimize pipeline performance security and reliability
Required Skills Experience
Expertlevel knowledge of GitHub Actions Workflows Security Automated Checks Code Review Scans
Proven experience in building complex CICD pipelines with automated testing and compliance checks
Strong understanding of DBT Core deployment troubleshooting and best practices
Handson experience with Astronomer
Familiarity with containerization Docker
Solid scripting skills Python Bash or TypeScript
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
