Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Mississauaga, ON
Job Summary
We are seeking a Specialist with 7 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM to design develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions within the ServiceNowArchitecture domain

Operate within a global enterprise environment leveraging extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform Manage configuration implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM modules Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and innovative ServiceNow architecture solutions Stay current with the latest ServiceNow development trends tools and platform releases Provide expert knowledge to optimize ITSM processes and integrate with other ServiceNow modules as needed Ensure adherence to best practices and ITIL standards in ServiceNow implementations Document technical specifications architecture designs and deployment procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ServiceNow platform performance and user experience
Roles and Responsibilities
Design develop configure and implement technically sound ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business needs Create and maintain business rules workflows and security access controls using advanced scripting techniques Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues including performance evaluation and debugging Develop and maintain integrations with internal and thirdparty systems Build custom reports dashboards and analytics to support ITSM operations Collaborate with product owners and release managers to package and deploy code for scheduled releases Provide ServiceNow administration support including upgrades patches and environment cloning Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow ITSM modules and provide guidance to junior team members Manage multiple projects effectively while adhering to timelines and quality standards
