Associate Pastor

The Montreal Chinese Presbyterian Church is a multicultural and multigenerational congregation with a core base of mostly English-speaking young families who are actively engaged in the ministries of the church. We are in search of an associate pastor to work with our minister to shepherd these English-speaking members. We are currently looking for an associate pastor for our English ministry.

Qualifications

A person of faith, prayer, vision, and integrity who maintains a close relationship with God Strong biblical knowledge 2 years or more of ministry experience preferable, with a minimum of . or equivalent from an accredited seminary A willingness to come under leadership and to lead with humility A team player who functions well within group leadership Adaptive capacity and comfortable with change Good understanding of North American culture Fluent in English; ability to speak French or Chinese an asset Background check required prior to employment
