Job Description


The Associate, Paid Social will participate in developing, delivering the strategy and vision for digital addressable enhancements and activation. While primarily focused on Paid Social initiatives, this role is inherently cross-functional - hybrid planning/buying experience is a plus. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This role requires a highly collaborative individual who is analytical and uses data-enabled problem-solving capabilities to deliver flawless campaign execution. \

Responsibilities:

  • Execute campaigns across social platforms including campaign creation, forecasting, budgeting and pacing, testing and optimization
  • Ensure campaign performance across multiple accounts are meeting client objectives and KPIs
  • Produce and interpret high quality performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis
  • Monitor latest trends in paid social and digital advertising to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other members within the digital and account teams
  • Assist with assessments and recommendations for new business opportunities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company capabilities and the client business.
  • Additional to paid social campaigns, collaborating on other media channels such as sponsored content to coordinate with vendors to develop paid media campaigns.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of digital media experience across social media platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Experience planning, recommending and implementing strategic paid media campaigns across key platforms (
, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok) * Experience developing digital communications/marketing plans and have a firm understanding of digital marketing and media trends
  • Proven track record analyzing paid media campaign performance and developing and implementing optimization recommendations.
