What you'll be doing:



People Program Support:

+ Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of key People projects, including performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and talent development initiatives. + Assist in the development, implementation of various talent development programs, including the Leadership Effectiveness Program, Career Pathways, Mentorship & Coaching Programs.
+ Assist in the creation of program materials, presentations, and communication pieces.
+ Assist in conducting team skills gap assessments, building development plans and compiling data for curated development programs.

Organization Effectiveness & Design

+ Work as a partner with the business to design, optimize, document, communicate and implement changes to internal operating systems, structures and processes, ensuring they are efficient enablers of Neo's strategic goals and aligned with the enterprise program operating model + Assist in large-scale organizational design and transformation projects by preparing documentation, creating org charts, and tracking change management activities.
+ Gather and synthesize feedback on program operating model effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Culture Design & Employer Brand

+ Contribute to the design and rollout of initiatives aimed at strengthening Neo's culture and employee value proposition. + Partner with Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Communications to ensure our employer brand is authentically and consistently represented, both internally and externally.

Research & Data-informed Insights

+ Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and new tools to support strategic initiatives. + Support generation insights from workforce metrics (e.g. mobility/promotion rates, succession plan metrics, and eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score)) to inform strategic decisions

General Support:

+ Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Development function. + Stay informed of best practices and emerging trends in organizational development, talent management, and leadership development.

Who we are looking for:



2-4+ years of experience in a Human Resources, People Operations, or Organizational Development role preferably within fast-paced, scaling or consulting environment. Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis is an advantage. Proven experience in project coordination or project management

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality. Excellent project coordination skills with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can craft clear, concise, and professional messages. High level of proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira). Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset. You don't wait to be told what to do; you anticipate needs and take initiative.
