Job Description

About Enwave Energy

Enwave Energy Corporation, backed by Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP) and IFM Investors (IFM), is a sustainable energy services provider with operations in Toronto, Windsor, London, and Charlottetown. With over 30 years of experience operating one of North America's largest district energy systems and having launched a GeoCommunities platform, Enwave delivers innovative and tailored low-carbon energy solutions based on diverse customer needs. We are guided by a clear vision to be the partner of choice in the transition to net-zero carbon, delivering scalable, sustainable energy solutions that create lasting value for our customers.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join our Organic Growth team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager. You will play a key role in supporting Enwave's growth strategy by evaluating business opportunities, developing financial models, and driving strategic initiatives through detailed analysis and cross functional collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants to play a hands-on role in advancing sustainable energy solutions. The ideal candidate is a team player - highly analytical, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator - committed to continuous learning and development.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of Enwave's business, customers, and key drivers of growth and return to
help provide the team with financial perspectives and insights.
Assist in developing meaningful financial analysis and outputs for business cases (e.g., infrastructure
expansion or upgrades) for senior management, and support the creation of proposals for customers and

partners.
Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential projects, pricing strategies, and new
revenue opportunities, incorporating scenario analyses, sensitivities, and market comparables.
Collaborate with commercial, technical, development, and finance teams to understand, evaluate, and
structure deals, progress business cases, and support contract negotiations.
Prepare high-quality presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders, and clearly
communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
Maintain and improve internal databases related to market comps, model inputs, and other data. Contribute to broader strategic initiatives as needed, including corporate finance activities, budgeting,
and company-wide planning efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, accounting firms, or financial
institutions. Experience in infrastructure, power & utilities, or real estate is an asset.
Excellent financial modelling skills; adept at building and updating comprehensive financial models for
various technical solutions, deal structures, and scenarios.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; skilled in creating high-quality presentations and clearly
articulating analysis and recommendations.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple
priorities under tight deadlines.

Why Join Enwave?

Join a purpose-driven organization leading the transition to sustainable, low-carbon energy solutions. Work on impactful projects that drive meaningful change in communities and the environment. Thrive in a culture that values continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth. Collaborate with experienced leaders and a supportive team, with the resources and backing of globally
recognized investors.
