Role/Responsibilities

Define the team backlog - working closely with the product manager to define user stories to enable system/technical design, development, and testing, acceptance of user stories.
Partner with the UX/UI team to establish experience interactions and designs based on high-level prioritized features in the backlog.
Partner with Product Manager and architecture to detailed product feature definitions, including functional and non-functional requirements with acceptance criteria.
Perform product validation throughout the development cycle to ensure alignment with functional requirements.
Ensure product dependencies and integration points are considered during road mapping and release-on-demand planning.
Capture data requirements needed to support the journey and work with data product teams to ensure solutions can access high-quality data at scale.
Problem solving with development teams and actively seek out solutions/answers around the organization.
Rally experience needed
Healthcare IT and analytics experience needed.
Working experience as a product analyst for Scaled Agile teams needed.
