Job Description

Welcome to the lending career you always wanted, as a member of a top professional and growing team in the country, your role as an Associate Mortgage Advisor is to utilize your personal, professional and broker skills to effectively welcome and guide our new clients through our intake processes.

We seek a confident, experienced and effective communicator that understands the value of excellent client communication, clarity and motivational support , to the clients.

Your role is to support the assigned Mortgage Advisor, to warmly welcome the new or returning client, discuss our processes and value statements, to understand and summarize the initial client request.

To skillfully guide the client through our initial online application and verification document collection leading up to the next step, the Mortgage Advisor's consultation interview with the client on qualifications, options and strategies to meet their specific goals.

You are responsible for the , accuracy and completeness of the client intake and application and Pre-Review processes.

We expect exceptional and professional client service that ensures clients rave about their experience with us.

You will require



A valid BCFSA Mortgage Broker License, in good standing Demonstrated client care attributes Experience in reviewing regulatory required mortgage verification documentation and ability to clearly explain same to clients. Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desire to grow, learn and willingness to EXCEED client expectations. Ability to adapt and complete tasks with minimal supervision Experience with Finmo and ZOHO are an asset

Direct Client Communication and guidance of initial client intake and questions Verification Document Collection & Review File Data Entry & CRM updating Managing tasks & following up throughout intake processes Compliance and AML Procedures Client Correspondence (Email / Phone / Mail) Client Care - Follow-ups /Support & Happiness
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
