The Role
We are currently seeking a full-time, highly professional, and career-oriented Power Systems Professional to support the Director and Manager in people's leadership, resource planning, and project execution. This role also serves as a deputy, assisting with team coordination and operational responsibilities for a defined group of professionals.



Candidates must possess a deep knowledge of power systems analysis. Knowledge of electric utility. Experience in team leadership and project delivery.
Your ImpactAssist in capacity planning, project staffing, and team scheduling. Lead onboarding and mentoring junior team members. Support individual performance evaluations and development plans. Help resolve team-level execution issues and coordinate resource reassignments. Review contract specifications and define project requirements. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and contribute to the development of training material. Communicate detailed technical and project requirements to internal departments as needed. Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements and communicate project plans and updates. Maintain documentation and contribute to training material development. Provide support for pre-sales activities and assist in resource coordination. Contributes to the execution of process improvement initiatives within the team.

What You'll NeedBS (required) from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering including completion of one or more Power Systems courses. Minimum 5 years of related experience. Language requirement: French: A1 (basic) and English level C1 (advanced), the position requires interactions with international clients. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Superior organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment. Ability and flexibility to travel to domestic and international customer sites. Strong commitment to providing superior customer service. Ability to travel up to 20%. People management experience preferred. * MS (preferred) degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering.
