Job Purpose:

Wurth Canada is currently in search of an Associate Manager Paid Performance who will be responsible for driving revenue, brand awareness, consideration for Wurth products, traffic/repeat traffic and online customer purchases through paid search, social, and display channels.

A day in the life of an Associate Manager Paid Performance
  • Translate company objectives and priorities into paid digital strategies that will drive maximum revenue online.
  • Work with external agencies to continuously improve performance of media channels by briefing media, creative and internal teams to deliver goals. While executing plans across digital channels
  • Develop effective audience and segmentation strategies matched with content and contextual targeting to grow paid digital marketing\'s contribution to E-Share growth.
  • Create dashboards / trackers and ensure consistent KPIs are being reported (ROAS, Traffic, CTR, etc.).
  • Develop testing / learning agendas.
  • Communicate key results and insights to stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to help achieve the company\'s shared vision and business objectives
What you will bring to the team:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business /Commerce, Computer Science, Data Analytics or equivalent
  • Experience working in a multi-channel, B2B environment with industry knowledge is an asset
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills allowing you to work seamlessly with all stake holders.
  • Proficient in social listening tools (i.e Facebook Insights, Hootsuite etc.) and paid advertising on social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive, innovative and successful demand capture campaigns selling high volume of products online
  • Relentlessly challenges the status quo to ensure new ideas are explored
  • Intimate knowledge of paid media channels (Search, Display, and Social) with experience connecting customer journeys across channels.
  • Keen self-awareness and alignment with a workplace culture that is built on humanistic values and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability in using audience insights platforms to recreate, model and optimize best possible performance within multi-channels
  • Understands how to map and connect data across different platforms for enhanced view of customers and marketing results
  • Bilingual French/English (verbal and written) is an asset
  • Excellent writing skills, some editing (ad text copy development)
  • Adept and interested in understanding business needs and working to achieve the company\'s goals.
  • Self-starter who can perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Effective in managing priorities and working time.
