Job Overview:



As an Associate Manager, you will be an integral part of the integrated team overseeing the successful delivery of in-market activations and client servicing from brief to execution. You will learn and harness the objectives of our clients, ensuring deliverables and project milestones are delivered meticulously; on-time, on-budget and of a quality expected by Wasserman and its clients.



Collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, you will help to identify unique opportunities to enhance guest and consumer experiences, delivering against specific business objectives, while carefully supporting financials, reconciliations and results. This position will experience the full project life cycle, including planning, development, execution and measurement, and critical aspects of brand activation and event hosting.



The successful candidate is a self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic individual who is looking to make a measurable and positive impact in the sports and entertainment space. They will harness the passion of sports & entertainment, consumer engagement and activation surrounding best-in-class campaigns for our world-renowned clients and partners.



What You'll Do:



The successful candidate will have sponsorship/experiential related skills within a professional environment, using creative thinking and individual initiative, including the following:


Ownership of small to mid-scale projects and support the day-to-day management of accounts Support day-to-day client relationships, establish credibility and anticipate client needs, with appropriate oversight as needed Support the development and execution of activation and hosting plans Support project team in the delivery of client requests and objectives, demonstrating critical thinking and creative solutions Work in a collaborative manner with all Wasserman account teams to ensure flawless project delivery against the client's objectives and agreed upon budget Develop and maintain status documents, project critical paths, input on budgets, and proactively manage deliverable dates Maintain an effective working relationship with key stakeholders to ensure all parties receive appropriate attention, support, and ensure Wasserman is in lock-step with objectives Support in the development of pre and post event reports, including key learnings, insights, analysis, implications and recommendations

What We're Looking For:



1 - 3 years relevant experiential &/or sponsorship industry experience Skills in Microsoft Office & Apple software, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Keynote Experience in managing small-to-mid size events that include building out brand activations is considered an asset Exceptional written and oral communication skills Experience, poise and confidence in presenting to clients Relevant event operations experience (preferably in the experiential, sports and/or entertainment field) Laser sharp attention to detail Entrepreneurial drive, supported by a proactive self-starter mentality Thrive working in a team environment
