Associate Lawyer
Job Description
We are looking for a junior associate with 0-2 years of litigation experience to join our small team based in Woodbridge. Experience with construction lien litigation is an asset, but not a requirement. JD is a must. New calls are welcome!
Our firm practices civil litigation exclusively, with an emphasis on corporate/commercial and construction disputes.
You will be assisting counsel on all matters and obtain in-depth, hands-on experience with files ranging from simple debt collection to complex, multi-party construction disputes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be well-organized and able to multi-task, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Work will primarily be in-office, but hybrid work is possible and can be discussed. We are not a Bay Street firm and do not expect to keep the same hours.
Please include a resume, cover letter and transcripts if you have graduated from law school in the past two years.
Salary will be commensurate with experience with bonuses available based on hours billed.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
