Job Description

Falder Law provides trusted legal services in real estate, wills and estates, corporate and employment law. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated lawyer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Represent both employees and employers in wrongful dismissal cases, human rights cases, Employment Standards Act and Canadian Labour Code matters

Represent buyers and sellers in residential, agricultural and commercial property transactions

Assisting and advising clients on incorporations, preparing resolutions and annual minutes

Drafting and reviewing shareholder agreements, share transfer agreements, and amalgamation agreements

Preparing and filing probate applications

Drafting primary and secondary wills and power of attorney

Qualifications:

Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to manage your own files without assistance

Experience in family law is considered an asset
