Gates Law, a well-established, client-focused boutique law firm, is looking for an experienced (3+ years) Associate Lawyer seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and long-term

vision - we're looking for someone who wants to become a partner and eventually take over the firm.

About You



We're looking for an Associate Lawyer who:


Has 3+ years of legal experience Is currently working at a mid-to-large firm but craving more autonomy, purpose, and control of their career Is interested in becoming a partner and eventually taking over the firm Wants to build a practice aligned with their passions and strengths Thrives in an exceptionally fast-paced environment Embraces the entrepreneurial side of law Can work independently and thrives without micromanagement Is internally motivated, organized, and process-driven




About the Role



In this role, you would:


Use our proven, established systems and processes to deliver consistent, top-tier legal service and build your own client base in your preferred areas of practice Handle client files from start to finish with autonomy and care Contribute to the growth and evolution of the firm, stepping into a partnership and succession track Collaborate with our small, close-knit team in a fast-paced but supportive environment
