What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do
This role is designed for an individual who is eager to take on a leadership role, be involved in the community, and establish Litco Law\xe2\x80\x99s consumer-facing services in a brand-new location. Working alongside our Operations, Marketing, and Business Development teams, you will be at the forefront of building and growing a practice in the Lethbridge market. As a lawyer at Litco Law, you will provide the same incredible service our clients have come to know and expect from our firm.
Who You Are

• You will be a natural fit for this role if you understand the regional market, have proven community involvement, and at least three years of experience practicing Real Estate, Wills & Estates Law, Personal Injury, Employment, or Family Law.
• You are known for your collegial attitude and excellent people skills
• Seek out involvement in your community and non-profit organizations
• Are enthusiastic about office culture and able to easily build strong relationships
• You handle sensitive situations that require empathy, tact, and confidentiality
• You are committed to continuous personal and professional development
• You pride yourself on exceptional time management and thriving in a fast-paced environment
• You are a proactive and visionary thinker with a resourceful work ethic and strong analytical skills
