The Opportunity



We're looking for a

Family Lawyer

ready to take charge of files and make their mark in a growing practice. In this role we offer the independence to run your own files, backed by our strong support system.

Compensation is based on a

commission split structure

, directly rewarding your performance, with flexibility to discuss a

base salary + commission hybrid

for candidates who value financial stability while building their practice.

Key Responsibilities



Represent clients in divorce, custody and access disputes, child/spousal support, property division, and domestic contracts. Draft separation agreements, marriage contracts, pleadings, and court documents. Appear before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice. Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation or collaborative family law processes. Build strong, trust-based client relationships while managing your own caseload. Stay current with developments in family law legislation and case law.

What We're Looking For



Member in good standing with the

Law Society of Ontario

. 1-5 years of family law experience (more experienced candidates also welcome). Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills. Excellent client management and communication abilities. An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow your practice. A compassionate, client-centered approach to family law.
