Duties

Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence and arguments on their behalf. Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and strategy. Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, pleadings, and motions with precision and clarity. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting their interests. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, providing guidance on complex legal matters. Maintain accurate records of case files and documentation to ensure compliance with all legal standards. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect client cases or the practice area.

Experience

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is mandatory. Proven experience in legal practice, particularly in areas relevant to our firm's focus (e.g., corporate law, family law, criminal law). Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes in settlements or litigation. Excellent research capabilities with proficiency in using legal research databases such as LexisNexis. Exceptional writing skills with experience in drafting various types of legal documents effectively.
