ABOUT THE POSITION

As a proactive associate you will have the experience and confidence to manage a range of transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, as well as financings of commercial, industrial, retail, multi-residential and mixed-use properties.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Must have 6 consecutive years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with commercial real estate transactions and related documents
• Must be experienced with full carriage of case files
• Experience in advising on corporate transactions such as the formation and organization of ownership entities (e.g., corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships) and small business transactions
• Uses sound judgment, manages conflicting priorities, and works collaboratively
• Is an innovative, value-minded thinker

COMPENSATION
