General Accountability
Reporting to either a Director or Manager within the IT Services department, the Associate IT Analyst is a key role within TTC's Early Talent Program, designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. While the program traditionally supports a broad range of IT functions, this opportunity is specifically focused on recruiting candidates with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML).
The Associate IT Analyst will support the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions to enhance TTC's internal capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will contribute to identifying opportunities for AI/ML integration, analyzing data-driven requirements, and building secure, scalable models and applications.
Key Job Functions
Duties include:
AI/ML: Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models to support data-driven decision-making and optimize TTC operations across various departments.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Conduct data exploration, preprocessing, and analysis to ensure high-quality datasets for training and validating machine learning algorithms.
Contribute to the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI/ML solutions in production environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

Education and Experience
Graduation of June 2025 or within past 3 years from a university degree, community college diploma, or technical diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or the equivalent;

This position may be required to provide off hours and weekend on call support;
Must possess sound judgement, good organizational, analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
