Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations. Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies to enhance outreach efforts. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients. Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and evaluating policy options. Familiarity with insurance sales processes and marketing strategies is a plus.
